Mrs. Tardon has over 20 years of experience in co-founding and managing Karine & Jeff, a premier French food brand that produces ready-cooked organic dishes in glass jars. The original business was started in 2000 by Mrs. Tardon and her husband, Jean-François (Jeff), after Karine won a business startup competition for her idea titled Le Bonheur Est Dans Le Pot (or “Happiness Comes in the Jar”).  

Karine & Jeff have travelled extensively all over the world with their children and have found joy in creating new recipes using organic ingredients and flavors local to the various countries and regions they have visited. Karine & Jeff started from their shared passion for organic food and living in harmony with nature. Both Karine and the brand have received multiple awards and recognition over the years for innovation.
